GoGIS requests access to your device's GPS location when you use the GPS features (locating your position on the map or collecting GPS data points). Location data is used only within the app on your device and is never transmitted anywhere. You can deny or revoke location access at any time in your device's Settings.
GoGIS may access the internet solely to load basemap tiles (Apple Maps). This is a standard iOS Maps feature and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. All core GIS features work entirely offline without any network access.
GoGIS does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect user data. The only external component is Apple's MapKit framework for basemap tiles, which is part of the iOS operating system.
GoGIS does not collect any data from any user, including children. The app is safe for users of all ages.
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page with the new date. Since GoGIS does not collect any data, we do not anticipate changes.
